Marilyn is a Senior Project Manager responsible for financial aspects of a projects life-cycle. This includes data gathering and analysis, cash flow monitoring and reporting, and working with staff members to complete projects according to business needs and internal and external deadline.
Marilyn have more than 30 years’ experience in Financial Project Management.Ms. Pastrana has worked in international infrastructure and building projects during her employment with Ferrovial , SA a leading European multinational company with divisions in more than 15 counties. As well as public accounting experience , Ernst & Young European Branch, in financial preparation in both IFRS and US GAAP.
Marilyn attended New York University and FIU, has a BS In Business with a concentration in accounting and a MBA from Universidad de Alcala one of Europe’s oldest, founded in 1293.

VIE at Hattiesburg
Vie Development completed a $3 million renovation in 2015 that upgraded and improved units by installing faux vinyl wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and new furniture. To complement the in-unit living experience, Vie completely renovated the clubhouse to offer a more luxury experience. To complete the living experience upgrades, we added a new fitness center, Vie study lab, Vie Lounge, and exterior exercise and stretching area - with retractable garage doors providing a union between the exterior and interior experience.
